Food with a legacy

Our kitchen carries the recipes of generations — passed down with patience, seasoned by memory. Aurora is our way of sharing that table with you: unhurried, generous, honest food.

We don't chase trends. We cook the dishes we grew up with, the way they were meant to taste — with the care of someone cooking for family.

Khao Soy, our north star

Khao Soy is the dish of Northern Thailand — a meeting of cultures, a slow simmer of coconut curry, and the most satisfying contrast of soft and crispy in a single bowl.

We grind our curry paste by hand, toast every spice in small batches, and finish each bowl with pickled mustard greens, shallots, and a wedge of lime — just as it should be.

Local, always

Every herb, every chili, every lime in our kitchen comes from farms we know. We believe food tastes better — and lives better — when it travels short distances and supports the people who grow it.

What's good for the land is good for the bowl. That's our philosophy, and it's why our menu shifts gently with the seasons.
